From Lakshminarayan to Maharaj-ji
Written and directed by Vishal Chaturvedi, Hanuman Ansh draws on his book Divine Detour: That Changed My Life. The film places the young Lakshminarayan at the centre of a spiritual journey toward the figure devotees would later call Neem Karoli Baba.
Its title joins Hanuman with ansh — a portion or spark — and the story traces devotion, service and remembrance through a human life rather than a conventional mythological spectacle.
